DESCRIPTION:Join us in a meditative yoga workshop in which we discuss 
 and experience the benefits of chakra balancing and vibrational therap
 y.\n\nEverything is in a state of vibration and each object or individ
 ual has its own natural frequency. Chakras can be thought of as center
 s where we receive and distribute life energies. Each one, along with 
 other organs and tissues of the body, possess different resonant frequ
 encies. Through external situations or internal issues, such as physic
 al tension, stress and trauma, chakras can become unbalanced and defic
 ient. In this practice, we will combine selective yoga postures and se
 quences with tones from crystal bowls specific for each chakra center 
 to improve balance and energy flow. Open to all levels, no prior exper
