NEW YEAR'S DAY YOGA: TWO LOCATIONS

10:00 a.m. - Gentle Yoga with Kate at Selva Marina Country Club, Atlantic Beach

12:00 p.m. - Yoga Flow with Paula at Ocean Yoga Center, Atlantic Beach

For the eighth year, Kate & Paula host this New Year's Day Fundraiser to benefit Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry (BEAM). We invite all teachers and students from all traditions to share in this day of Karma Yoga by give back to our community. Kate's class will help you create your intention for the New Year and Paul's class will ignite your intentions for the New Year. ALL PROCEEDS from this event go to BEAM.
