Yoga Immersion Retreat in COSTA RICA

Join Dennis and Kathy Lang along with Ayurveda practitioner Chaya Li Sheron from Delray Beach and Bhaktiananda (Joseph Triolo) of The Sounds of Mukti Bhajan Band providing meditative chanting. Our combined expertise will prove to be both transformative and restorative.

The retreat will be held on the central pacific coast at the DoceLunas Hotel and Spa in Jaco, Costa Rica. This location is convenient to the San Jose Airport and central to national parks, beaches and entertainment. Jaco is the easiest beach town accessible from San Jose. The resort amenities include lush gardens, wildlife, tropical excursions and eco-tours will compliment the program. Each day will consist of morning and afternoon yoga and Ayurveda classes, rain forest explorations, walks along miles of uninhabited beaches, fantastic dinning experiences and magical evenings of joyous Kirtan and relaxation.
