Yoga & Meditation Class Series

Lauren will be doing a 6 class series of the usual Sunday yoga/meditation class 5pm-6:30pm, spread throughout the months of November, December, and January leading up to her "Intro the Meditation" workshop January 24th, 2010!
The 5pm Sunday class is $5-$10 donation, all money goes to charity- Lauren's charity for this series is Heifer.org. Come to one or all six clases, you can register for the workshop, get to know Lauren a little better and experience different types of meditation and as always, wonderful YOGA!
All levels are welcome, including beginners! You are welcome to participate whether you intend on taking the workshop or not.
The dates of the 6 classes are:
11/22/09, 12/6/09, 12/27/09, 1/10/10, 1/17/10, & 1/24/10.
The 6th class of the series occurs on the day of the workshop, so you may join us for the workshop and stay for class right after, or just come for class at the regular time! There will be healthy snacks provided after the workshop, so you will not starve if you want to stay for the yoga/meditation class.
