DESCRIPTION:Lauren will be doing a 6 class series of the usual Sunday 
 yoga/meditation class 5pm-6:30pm, spread throughout the months of Nove
 mber, December, and January leading up to her \"Intro the Meditation\"
  workshop January 24th, 2010!\nThe 5pm Sunday class is $5-$10 donation
 , all money goes to charity- Lauren's charity for this series is Heife
 r.org. Come to one or all six clases, you can register for the worksho
 p, get to know Lauren a little better and experience different types o
 f meditation and as always, wonderful YOGA!\nAll levels are welcome, i
 ncluding beginners! You are welcome to participate whether you intend 
 on taking the workshop or not.\nThe dates of the 6 classes are:\n11/22
 /09, 12/6/09, 12/27/09, 1/10/10, 1/17/10, & 1/24/10.\nThe 6th clas
 s of the series occurs on the day of the workshop, so you may join us 
 for the workshop and stay for class right after, or just come for clas
 s at the regular time! There will be healthy snacks provided after the
  workshop, so you will not starve if you want to stay for the yoga/med
