The blood within our bodies must maintain a healthy pH of 7.34. pH ranges on a scale from 1 to 14. A pH that is less than 7 is considered an acidic pH. A pH that is greater than 7 is considered an alkaline pH. A pH of 7 is considered neutral. Human blood is slightly alkaline.
