About us...
By day we are real estate agents...by night, and anytime we get a chance, we are Yoga Teachers. The lines of separation are blurry as our life style is fully integrated. We take a holistic view and are mindful of our impact on others and the foot print we leave behind. As we say, "real estate is our profession and yoga is our passion".
As for our profession, you can learn more about us at our real estate website, www.dennisandkathylang.com..
As for our passion, yoga has been transformational in our lives. We teach and lead classes and workshops around the Jacksonville area. As ambassadors with the lululemon athletica store at the St. Johns Town Center, we do various forms of community outreach and do charity based yoga events. We are very proud of our association with lululemon. Our yoga bio and schedule can also be found under the "Lang News" tab of our website (above).
Over recent years, our awareness of life and our appreciation of living has become an everyday conscious effort. Each day we consider a gift. Life is precious and short. Its to be happy and full. We are hear to make a positive difference, and as a very historic and noble man once said, "be the change". We believe you can manifest in your life whatever you wish... positive or negative. So we are VERY POSITIVE.
Lokaha Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu!
Love, Light and Namaste,
